Why sponsors matter at IT4Causes
For eleven years, IT4Causes has done one thing consistently: connect nonprofits that need technology help with students who need real experience. Over 100 interns have come through the program in that time, and every graduating intern in last year’s cohort secured a full-time, full-pay position at or before graduation.
So when we say thank you to the organizations below, we mean it in a very specific way: they helped IT4Causes to put somebody a first job in tech.
Our Bachelor’s-Level Sponsors
Impact Makers

Impact Makers is a Richmond-based management, technology, and data consulting firm and a Certified B Corporation, built around the idea that elite consulting expertise and a charitable heart belong in the same business model. They have been part of the Richmond tech-for-good community for years, and we’re glad to have them at Tech4All 11.0.
NTS — Networking Technologies + Support

NTS is a Richmond-headquartered managed service provider delivering managed IT, networking, cybersecurity, and IT support to organizations across Virginia — including government and nonprofit clients. Their team knows firsthand how much good infrastructure matters to a small nonprofit’s mission.
The Change Decision

The Change Decision is a Richmond change and culture consulting firm focused on what they call Joy at Work, offering consulting, learning and development programs, and speaking. Culture is exactly what makes an internship stick — we’re pleased to have their support.
Beyond Boundaries

Beyond Boundaries is a Richmond nonprofit that creates outdoor adventures for all abilities, opening up hiking, paddling, and outdoor recreation to people who are too often left on the sidelines. A nonprofit sponsoring another nonprofit’s workforce program says something about this community, and we don’t take it lightly.
Our Associate’s-Level Sponsors
ClearView Financial

ClearView Financial is a Richmond-based financial advisory firm providing planning and wealth management for individuals and families in the region. Thank you for investing in students who are just starting to build their own careers.
Atlantic Union

Atlantic Union Bank is a Virginia-headquartered regional bank with deep roots in Richmond and a long record of community investment across the commonwealth. We’re grateful for their support of Tech4All 11.0.
